Teachers will receive P10,000 Teaching Allowance starting next year School Year 2024-2025.

ACT NCR Union  to express full support for the ratification of the reconciled Senate Bill 1964 and House Bill 9682 by the Bicameral Conference Committee, seeking to grant P10,000 teaching allowance for School Year 2024-2025 and thereafter to all public school teachers, from the current P5,000.

ACT Teachers Partylist Rep. France Castro is one of the principal authors of the bill in the House of Representatives.
