NEW Mid-Year Review Form (e-MRF) for the RPMS-PPST SY 2023-2024 | Innovation of Teacher Christine Anne Prepuse.

In this post, we are delighted to share with you the innovation of Teacher Christine Anne Prepuse, Master Teacher I from Dasmariñas West NHS, City Schools Division of Dasmariñas—an electronic Mid-Year Review Form (e-MRF) for the RPMS-PPST SY 2023-2024. The e-MRF may be used in time for the school mid-year performance review and assessment.

Per DepEd Order 2, s. 2015, “a mid-year review is prescribed to determine the progress in achieving the Objectives. During the mid-year review, the rater shall inform in writing the ratee of the status of performance… Coaching, feedback and appropriate interventions shall be provided where necessary.”
