SERVICE CREDITS NG MGA GURO, PWEDE NA RING MONETIZED

Giniit ni House Deputy Minority Leader at ACT Teachers Partylist Rep. France Castro na bukod sa pagtanggal sa service credits cap of 15 days, ay pwede na ring monetized ang service credits ng mga guro. 

Isa tong tagumpay para sa mga guro dahil matagal nang walang opsyon ang mga guro na i-monetize ang kanilang service credits.
