Government Agencies with SARO for PBB FY 2021

We are providing an update on PBB FY 2021 in this post, which includes a list of government agencies that have received PBB SARO.

Performance-Based Bonus (PBB), a new bonus offered through the PBIS, will be distributed to employees based on their role in achieving their department's overall goals and commitments. Units within departments will be evaluated based on their performance, and employees within those units will also be ranked. Rankings will be determined by verifiable, observable, credible, and sustainable indicators of performance, based on actual results at the end of the year.

The Government Agencies with SARO to cover the funding requirements for the Payment of FY 2021 Performance-Base Bonus of qualified personnel as of March 10, 2023.

• National Defense College of the Philippines
