Memorandum on Suspension Increase of Premium Rate and Income Ceiling for Calendar Year 2023 Pursuant to Section 10 of Republic Act No. 1123

 JUST IN: Palace confirms memorandum directing PhilHealth to suspend the increase of premium rate and income ceiling for CY 2023.  

FYI : Supreme Court recently declared illegal the distribution of P83 million in benefits to the state health insurer’s officials and personnel in 2014.
