CANVA instructions for Teachers on DepEd Microsoft 365 Adoption (Read Here!)

We just want to share the latest update from Canva Philippines about the inquiries of teachers regarding the DepEd Microsoft 365 Adoption.

There are so many emails received asking if Canva accounts of teachers will be affected by the adoption.

Here's the official response from Canva Team Philippines.

FAQ Re: DepEd Microsoft 365 Adoption

We've created this FAQ in relation to the upcoming adoption of Microsoft 365 across the Department of Education.


QUICK SUMMARY:
Even though the Microsoft 365 adoption will not affect your Canva account or Canva for Education subscription, you will need to update your connected email address in your Canva settings before February 1, 2023. If you do not update your email address, we will be unable to send you important account emails (e.g. password reset, account verification, etc.).

Will I still have access to my Canva account and Canva for Education subscription?

Yes! Don't worry. Your Canva account (including your designs) and your Canva for Education subscription will remain accessible.

But since your email address will be changing, we recommend updating this in your settings in Canva so you can still receive important updates through email.

I can't access my previous DepEd email address anymore. What do I do? If after February 1, 2023 you can no longer access your previous DepEd email and want to change your connected email address in Canva, you may email support@canva.com with your request to change your connected email address. You may be asked to provide verification of your identity. Source: Canva Philippines
