HOW TO REGISTER FACE-TO-FACE OATHTAKING (NCR)

Step 1: Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm your attendance

1.1 Log-in to LERIS Account

1.2 On the "Select Transaction" menu, click "OATH"

1.3 From the drop down menu, select your Oath Type, click "Face to face Mass Oathtaking", click you Profession

"Professional Teachers", and enter your Application Number (NOA) then click "Proceed"

It is advised that inductees register and confirm their attendance in the regions where

they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals.

Step 2: Purchase your tickets and present your QR Code generated to ticket seller. (No QR code no ticket).
