The National Commission for Culture and the Arts, through the Likha-an: Lunduyan ng Tradisyonal na Sining at Kultura (Likha-an Resource Center), invites interested Senior High School learners to join the Li bykHaraya 2022: Tungo sa Malikhaing Kamalayan ng Kabataan.

This series of lectures and workshops on October 8, 15, and 22 via Zoom will teach participants to use digital tools so they can create contemporary art such as digital illustrations, comics, animations, films, and more.
