Grades: 1-6
Activity Type: Relaxation

Overview: Students relax and feel a sense of protection through this short facilitated activity.

Objectives:
• To feel a sense of calm.
• To feel protected in a safe space.

 Materials:
• Any safe space (as flat and clean as possible).
• If the class size is large (over 35) a larger space may be required. Be resourceful to find a space that is appropriate.

Theme: Myself
