DSWD Online Appointment Portal for AICS Educational Assistance

How to fill-out the Online Form? See the image/screenshot of the online portal below.

Step 1 Enter the required data such as Surname, First Name, Middle Name, Birthday (Month, Day and Year), City/Municipality, Barangay please see below the rest of the needed info or data for the application.

Be sure to enter all the required data and don't forget to check the Captcha  "I am not a Robot" and lastly, make sure you click on the Submit Button.

And that's it, you are done!

Para sa mga STUDENT-IN-CRISIS na hindi pa makakatanggap ng appointment sa pamamagitan ng text message mula sa DSWD FO VIII, o sa mga walang priority number mula sa DSWD SubField Office sa inyong mga probinsiya, maaari po kayong mag online appointment sa pamamagitan ng link na eto: https://fo8.dswd.gov.ph/aics/index.php/online-appointment/ o sa QR Code na nasa picture.

Open po ang online appointment portal na eto mula ngayon hanggang 11:59 midnight ng Agosto 29, 2022.

Ipinababatid din po namin na pagkatapos ng online appointment, makakatanggap kayo ng text message mula sa DSWD Field Office VIII para sa status o sa inyong schedule at lugar kung saan ipoproseso at i-aassess ng DSWD social worker kung kayo ay kwalipikadong tumanggap ng educational assistance.
