Day 1
Session:
• Apply the four (4) methods in
evaluating the reliability of research instruments (test-retest, parallel form, split-half, internal consistency methods).
• Interpret the reliability results using the following statistical treatments:
Spearman rho, Pearson r,
Spearman-Brown Formula,
Kuder-Ricardson Formula 20 and
Cronbach’s alpha).
Output:
Evaluation on the Reliability Test Results (MS Excel).
Day 2
Session:
• Evaluate the normality of data through skewness and kurtosis as the statistical treatments.
• Classify inferential statistical treatments based from the results normality of data.
• Apply hypothesis testing through
parametric tests of difference and
relationship (z-test, t-test independent and dependent samples, ANOVA,
Pearson r).
Output:
• Evaluation of the hypotheses through statistical analysis (MS Excel).
• Written output on the analysis,
interpretation and conclusions for the results of the study.
Day 3
Session:
• Evaluate the normality of data through skewness and kurtosis as the statistical treatments.
• Apply hypothesis testing through
nonparametric tests of difference
(Wilcoxon-Matched Paired Signed Rank Test, Mann-Whitney U Test, Kruskal-Wallis H Test, Chi-Square Test).
Output:
• Computations and data analysis on the nonparametric tests of difference.
• Written output on the analysis,
interpretation and conclusions for the results of the study.
