Here's the announcement from the Department of Education:

CALL FOR APPLICATION!

The Department of Education invites public and private kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, technical and vocational schools/colleges/institutions, polytechnics, universities, special needs education centers, and non-formal education centers to apply for the SEAMEO Schools' Network.

Member institutions will gain unique and beneficial opportunities to participate in capacity development and innovative educational programs designed for institutions, educational staff, and students.
This project, led by the SEAMEO Secretariat, aims to serve as a “Network of Sharing and Development” platform among public and private educational institutions at all levels in 11 Southeast Asian countries.
