Target Date of Release of Productivity Enhancement Incentives (PEI) 2021 for Government Employees

Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel of the Department of Education will be receiving the Productivity Enhancement Incentives for FY 2021. 

Rate of Incentive

PHP 5,000

When?

To be given not later than December 15, 2021 (see below the target date for DepEd Region 6)

Who are Qualified?

• All positions of civilian personnel, whether regular, contractual or casual in nature, appointive or elective, full-time or part time create in the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches, Constitutional Commissions and other Constitutional Offices, SUCS, GOCCs, and Local Water Districts.
• Officials and employees of various local Government Units;
• MUP under AFP, DND, PNP, PPSC, BFP, BJMP, PCD, NAMRIA.

• The employees are still in the service as of November 30 of the current year; and 
• The employees have rendered at least a total or an aggregate of four (4) months at least satisfactory service as of November 30 of the current year, including leaves of absence with pay.
• Those who have rendered less than the total aggregate of four (4) months of service but are still in the services as of November 30 of the current year shall be entitled to prorated PEI.
