DICT 3-DAY FREE ONLINE DIGITAL LITERACY TRAINING ON INTRODUCTION TO GRAPHIC DESIGN, VIDEO EDITING, AND ANIMATION

The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Western Visayas Regional Office, through the Free Wi-Fi for All Project - Free Public Internet Access Program's Capacity Building Component proudly brings to you the Online DIGITAL LITERACY TRAINING:

"INTRODUCTION TO GRAPHIC DESIGN, VIDEO EDITING, AND ANIMATION"

WHAT: A !!!FREE!!! THREE (3) day event that will introduce the basics of graphic design, video editing and animation techniques and applications as well as introduce the different design applications of the Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects Software.

WHEN: December 09, 10, & 13, 2021

Morning Session - 09:00 AM – 12:00 NN

Afternoon Session - 01:00 PM – 4:00 PM

(It is encourage to attend both morning and afternoon sessions as attendance is a requirement for the certificates)

*Attendance Forms for each session is different, meaning participants must fill out two (2) attendance forms per day (morning & afternoon).

*The links for the respective attendance form will be distributed during the event.

*All Sessions are linked together and the discussion from each session will used in the creation of the output (Required for the Certificate of Completion).

*****Important Notes:

• We will be prioritizing participants from Western Visayas Region (Region VI)

• Participants who are not from the Western Visayas Region are welcome to join and register but the sending of the invite will be subject for review and will be put on hold depending on the availability of slots.

(Certificates will be provided to all those who will participate in the daily activities and attend all the daily lectures).

***** CERTIFICATES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS*****

(1) Certificate of Attendance

- will be given to those who will have a 100% attendance rating.

- participants must attend all six (6) sessions.

- participants must have submitted all six (6) attendance forms.

***Participants who fail to fill out the attendance forms due to negligence will not be excused and/or considered.

(2) Certificate of Completion

- will be given to those who can satisfies BOTH requirements listed below.

Requirements:

I. Participants must have at least 80% attendance rating.

- participants must attend at least five (5) sessions.

- participants must submit at least five (5) attendance forms.

II. Participants must be able to submit the required output.

- during the event, specifically on the Morning Session of the 2nd Day and the Afternoon Session of the 3rd/Last Day, the speakers will be giving out activities for the participants to do.

- participants must be able to submit their work before the given deadline.
