Good News! The Department of Education International Cooperation - Office announced the 3-Day International Webinar or Forum for Teachers. This is a great opportunity for all teachers to learn from education experts from around the world.

5th Annual Forum on Teacher Exchange Towards Global Citizenship Education]

The International Cooperation Office (ICO) is anchored on the goal of enhancing the institutional capacity of the Department of Education in developing, coordinating, managing, and consequently, fulfilling international commitments of the country.

Furthermore, the ICO is focusing on Global Citizenship Education (GCED). With globalization, there is a growing need for educational initiatives to capacitate the next generation to be fully functional global citizens.
In support of the Department of Education’s Global Citizenship Integration in the Philippines, the International Cooperation Office (ICO), and KPTEP Alumni Association will conduct its 5th Annual Forum on Teacher Exchange Towards Global Citizenship Education with the theme “GCED in Action: Partnerships and Innovations in Responding to Global Disruptions”.

Date: November 3 to 5, 2021

The 3-day forum will be facilitated by different regions and divisions. The NCR will handle the 1st day, SDO Navotas City on the 2nd day and Region 2, SDO Cauayan City for the 3rd or last day.
Come and join us as we listen to the innovation towards GCED, best practices on SDG, and be a GCED Champion!
