Good News! The Department of Education announces 5-Day National Webinar on TechTalks Computer Science Week: Hour of Code.

TRANING | WEBINAR DETAILS:

The Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA) through the Information and Communications Technology Service-Educational Technology Unit (ICTS-EdTech), in partnership with Microsoft Philippines, will conduct the TechTalks Computer Science Week: Hour of Code on 06-10 December 2021 at 11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon.

Computational thinking fosters problem-solving, logic, and creativity. Further, technological advancements are transforming every industry on the planet. With this, today's students should learn how to use and create technology. If they start early, they will have a solid foundation for success in any 21st-century career path.

This year's Hour of Code theme is #CSEverywhere where students and teachers are encouraged to investigate the relationship between computer science and various subjects in school, industries, and even career paths. For the detailed program of activities, kindly refer to Annex A.
