GUIDELINES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE JOINT DELIVERY VOUCHER
PROGRAM FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL-LIVELIHOOD
SPECIALIZATIONS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022

1. The Department of Education (DepEd) issues the enclosed on the Implementation
of the Join Delivery Voucher Program for Senior High School Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Specializations for School Year (SY) 2021-2022.

1. This is pursuant to pertinent provisions of the Republic Act (RA) No. 10533 or the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2021 and RA 11518 or the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2021.

2. The guidelines aim to enhance the capability of DepEd SHSs to implement the TVL track through partnerships with institutions, which are equipped with necessary resources (teachers, workshops, tools and, equipment) to carry out the program.

3. These guidelines shall take effect immediately, and shall remain force and in effect for the duration of the program for SY 2021-2022.
