The webinar is on "Methodologies for Detection and Quantitation of Allergens in Food" tomorrow, 15 September 2021, 9:00 - 10:30 AM PhST.

The Resource Speaker is Gabriela Lopez Velasco, PhD, Global Technical Applications Microbiologist at 3M Food Safety. Dr. Velasco is responsible for the 3M™ Molecular Detection System Pathogen Testing Platform and 3M Rapid Allergen Test Kits. Her expertise includes food safety, food microbiology, allergen control and development, and application of methods for food testing She received a Ph.D. in food science and technology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California.
