The free online training will provide an overview of the teaching and learning landscape and suggest ways to move forward with the employment of knowledge and skills in open distance learning.
It aims at capacitating and upskilling the ICT competencies of teachers, administrators, educators, and students in different public and private educational institutions and state universities and colleges (SUCs).
These capacity building activities will assist in the preparation for the potential use of available ICT enabled education services, such as online learning management systems, video conferencing platforms, and online educational resources, with due regard to raising awareness on safe cybersecurity and privacy practices.
How to Join?
Secure your Zoom slot by logging in on the day of the session. The virtual room opens at 8:30 am and a reminder will be sent to you automatically 1 hour before the conduct. (See registration link below)
How to claim e-Certificate!
1. Join the session via Zoom.
2. Must pass an online assessment after the 15-hour online lecture
3. Must demonstrate learning through output presentation or teach back sessions.
4. Upon accomplishing the assessment form, A final score equivalent to 80% is required to complete the course.
*A Certificate of Completion will be issued to participants who will obtain the passing grade & 80% attendance.
* A Certificate of Participation will be issued to participants who failed to meet the passing grade, provided they attended at least 80% of the total course duration.
* Failure to meet the above-mentioned requirements will disqualify participants from earning the prescribed CPD units.
LIMITED SLOTS ONLY. Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi teacher-registrants will be prioritized.
