In this post, we are sharing with you the 3rd TLE and TVL Educators’ National Virtual Convention and Training on Strategic Leadership and Organization Development 2021.

Theme: "Reimagining TLE and TVL Education through Strategic Leadership and Organization Development"
Date: December 17-19, 2021

This 3-day national virtual convention is an annual gathering of TLE and TVL Educators from different regions in the Philippines. It would promote collaboration among TLE and TVL educators and would encourage non-members to join for professional advancement and linkages. 

It is a 3-day national virtual convention and training inspired by PPST, PPSH, and PPSS for TLE and TVL Educators focusing on the impact of Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development (OD) in the Philippine Educational System in general and in the TLE and TVL Education in particular.

The training includes, but not limited to the following topics: 

1. Concepts and Foundations of Strategic Leadership for TLE and TVL Educators, 

2. Historical Foundations and Relevance of OD in TLE and TVL Education, 

3. Theoretical Roots of OD and the Nature of Planned Change, 

4. The OD Practitioners, 

5. The OD Interventions, 

6. Strategic Thinking and Strategic Communication, 

7. Human Resource Management Interventions, 

8. Project-based School Leadership and Management,

9. Digital Citizenship and e-Governance for TLE and TVL Educators, and 

10. Updates on POTTE Organization. The target participants of the convention and virtual trainings are TLE and TVL teachers I, II, and II, Master Teachers, Head Teachers, Supervisors, School Heads, and other interested individuals both in public and private schools in the Basic Education and Higher Educational Institutions. 

The total number of hours of the virtual convention and training is twenty-five and a half hours (25.5 HOURS) that includes the assessment and evaluation proper to ensure the quality of the program.
