Teachers Guide on How to Download and Extract MLESF Summary Matrix Consolidator Files

DepEd LIS support announces (Important Advisory) on August 17, 2021, Tuesday, informing all teachers that MLESF Summary Matrix Consolidator with Instruction/Guide is now available for download.

How to download and extract the MLESF Summary Matrix Consolidator files?

1. Visit http://support.lis.deped.gov.ph/support/

2. Click the link to download the file. (see image below).

3. Once you are done downloading the file. You can now open it, but the file was

compressed into .rar file. RAR file (short for a Roshal Archive Compressed file) is a compressed file, or data container, that holds one or more other files and folders. 

So, for you to be able to open the file you need to have an extractor apps or program. Here are the three most common file (rar and zip ) extractor apps:

• Winzip
• Winrar
• 7Zip

If you have one of those programs on your laptop or computer then you can use it to extract the file. 

But if you don't have it, you have to download it now!

NOTE: The 7Zip is the only free open-source program which means you can download it for free (not a trial software). So Download the 7zip now.

Here's how to download the 7zip extractor?

1. Search and download it via Google search engine. Type 7zip and select 7zip for windows. Then select or click the source site the https:///www.7-zip.org (see image below).

2. You can now download the 7-Zip app/program. Select and click download 64-bit installer. (See image below). 

3. Once the installer (.exe) finished downloading, you may now open and run or install the 7ZIP. 

4. Finally, you are done installing the 7Zip.

5. So you can now extract the MLESF Summary Matrix Consolidator Files.

Here's how to extract the MLESF Summary Matrix Consolidator file?

1. Look for the downloaded MLESF Summary Matrix Consolidator Files, usually after downloading it goes into your Downloads folder, so locate it there. (see image below).

2. Right on the file and select 7-Zip then click Extract here. This will now extract the .rar file to the normal file for Windows. (See image below).

3. The file is now Extracted. See image below.

4. You're on the last and final step. Open the MLESF Summary Matrix. You will then see four MS Excel Files.
