Objectives:
1. Identify the stressors and the coping mechanisms to improve the teaching and learning process.
2. Create a classroom environment that is more motivational, interesting, and educational for both teachers, and students through innovative practices.
3. Equip the participants with knowledge and skills in designing interactive teaching materials with integration of digital platforms.
4. Allow participants to present their action research or best practices used in their classrooms.
5. Provide actionable strategies to increase students’ connection, engagement and motivation in a virtual classroom.
6. Revisit relevant pedagogies applicable in today’s setting of teaching learning process.
7. Provide participants the new trends in assessing students’ performance be it modular or flexible learning.
8. Discuss the breakthroughs in the new normal education in the international and local context.
𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒:
1. All participants must sign up and provide personal information. Participants will provide consent to the collection of such information by signing up. All information gathered will be used solely for the purposes of this training.
2. The training fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Participants are welcome to share the training PowerPoint files with their colleagues. Participants may also video record the proceedings; however, such recordings may not be shared with others.
5. The training fee will be used to cover the costs of the Zoom subscription, e-certificate, speaker honoraria, and training preparation. Participants may request a hard copy of the certification for an additional fee for printing and shipping.
6. Participants will be asked to mute both their video and audio during the lecture to reduce noise and other audio interruptions. During the Q&A and workshop sessions, participants may speak up.
7. To fully participate in the training, participants must have a working microphone, a camera, and a good internet connection.
8. Participants in the webinar should have and prepare their own laptop/computer to navigate the dataset that will be provided for hands-on training.
9. Participants must consider the possibility of technical difficulties during the event. As a result, it is critical that participants double-check their gadgets before registering. Participants must also devise contingency plans in the event of a power outage during the event.
