DepEd Confirmed: Tentative Schedule for opening of School Year (SY) 2021-2022

The Department of Education (DepEd) through the office of Undersecretary for Curriculum and Instruction Diosdado San Antonio confirmed the tentative schedule of Opening of School Year 2021-2022 will be on August 23, 2021.

The confirmation was released earlier today, April 27, 2021. 

However, San Antonio said that there is also a possibility that there will be changes in the schedule. “Since wala [or] di pa signed ang DepEd Order hindi ko pa sya masasabing final [but] as of today iyan ang na-approve (Since there is no – or the DepEd Order is not yet signed, I cannot say that this is final [but] as of today, that [date] has been approved),” he added.
