The Department of Education, recently released the comprehensive guidelines for the RPMS SY 2020-2021 in the time of COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Thus, teachers  will be preparing various requirements/papers/materials/portfolio for performance evaluation at the end of the School Year 2020-2021.

One of those requirements is to produce a copy of their Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form. The IPRCF is a form that teachers must need to fill-in important data about their performance rating of the current School Year.

So, on this page, teachers can download for free the automated IPCRF form for the school year 2020-2021. Please see the link below.

    Hello sir/ma'am. If you can help me get a copy of this tool please. I am a new ICT Coordinator of our school and teachers in our school, they will expect the ICT coordinator to provide them the copy of it but unfortunately I can't access the file since I cant login using the DepEd email. My password needs to be reset. I'll appreciate it much if you can extend help. Thanks!
